In today’s session Dr. GKR used an alternative pedagogy to dissect the code of conduct and ethical standards for the valuation aspirants. He differentiated the need to understand rule based English usage from the colloquial usage and also suggested colour coding positive and negative codes in the valuation Rules for cracking the MCQ. Sincere thanks Dr. GKR for making it interesting.

  17. The session was really nice it help us to understand things in a very lucid manner. During the session for Ques. no. 22 you gave us correct answer was option (d) but sir in option (a) the registration period is within two years whereas as per valuation rules it is 3 years. According to me, the correct answer should be option (b). Can you clarrify the same.
