ReplyDeleteAs Mr.Sampathkumar and other qualified attendents have mentioned that GKR sir has dedicated himself by teaching in a very comprehensive way and correlate all the questions with maximum possible references and cross references ,amongst various sections as applicable and amended from time to time eg.sec135,178,sch-VII of Companies Act.Also got clarified about sustainability reporting formats and criteria guided via MCA site,,,and very good transparency about CSR accounting,,disclosures and reporting by explaining the questions of why and how..
