ReplyDeleteIt is a great session with focussed content and clarity in delivery. The methodology adopted is superb by referring respective sections/rules from Acts/Code/Rules. The participants will be greatly benefitted in planning their studies on relevant topics. Thanks a lot. Eagerly awaiting other two sessions on 30th and 31st.
A small request, if possible spend few minutes on procedure to empanel in independantdirectorsdatabank as it seems the screens found in MCA site are not matching with procedures furnished in databank site help.

ReplyDeleteAfter so many times we've listened and viewed GKR sir's deliberations in the audio visual medium,,,,and on each occasions we become mesmerised and enriched ourselves with the knowledge shared with wisdom on the contents,,,be it Ind As or company laws or valuation and combination of business related problems- sir's competence is outstanding,,,,it triggers that he really takes care of his students while deliberating- mainly on crucial aspects of the subject matters and its root of origins.here, the 20 mcqs inbuilt with 80 mcqs are taught and discussed in a profound manner and referrals are made with SEBI LODR and COMPANIES ACT with updated sections, rules,policies and regulations.

Having worked in Corporate World in India and Overseas, the sessions are really helps to shore up one's skills to respect the importance and responsibility. India has made great strides in corporate Governance but it is still evolving . A top down approach, a passion and commitment to serve are going to help the Directors Role . Sri GKR sir has taken monumental efforts and his valuable time and effort to bring the essence to fore and focus by the aspiring Directors. Grateful to the Master !!
