ReplyDeleteAt the outset I would like to sincerely appreciate the nobel initiative Dr. Raju has started and ia selflessly taking it forward. He has already completed IX successful FT Batches for Valuation and currently takings first FT batch for Limited Insolvency Exam. When I thank Dr Raju, I also thank his whole team who is supporting him in this initiative.
ReplyDeleteI cleared my Valuation Exam recently and I was part of FT Batch no IX. When I came across this news that he is starting similar FT Batch for Limited Insolvency Exam. I immediately enrolled myself.
I'm sure all of you will agree that those who are going to write the exam in coming days these sessions really helpful to them in revising the entire IBC related syllabus with emphasis on finer points which we otherwise ignore/ miss out. For people like me who will now start reading and preparing for Exam these sessions act as an important guidelines when one is reading the Code, Regulation and Rules. You know beforehand that a particular section has to be read in conjunction of a particular Regulation or Rules or a FORM.
His advise of tabulating certain important aspects while reading the Code and related Regulations/ Rules and Forms.
I'm sincerely indebted to him and once again thank him and the entire team for this nobel initiative.

(1)Today's session was also good. (2) Please schedule one paid (must) session of 3 hours per day OR two sessions of 1.5 hours a day for minimum of 10 days covering entire syllabus. Unlike in FT Nov 20 IBBI LIPE session, please focus /lecture should be on chronologically section wise (concepts) and referring to Questions wherever needed. I feel if my suggestion is accepted, minimum 50% of the participant may clear the LIPE within 20 days post such session and it may become a record. (3) Today's idea of preparing comparative chart of various FORMS used in the IBC/Rules/Regulation will help the participant to memorise for LIPE. Thanks DR GKR Sir for your herculean task. (4) Really your brilliance is like a multi-faceted diamond. Thanks to your Parents who inculcated in you moral values and gifted you the unique voice / style etc of delivering a subject matter. (5) A white PANCHA with golden/design border on you shoulder/neck will be very impressive and you look the best in it. (6) Hoping to be excused for taking your valuable time.
