very informative and well presented.
ReplyDeleteYou also as a stakeholder please also comment or prepare an FAQ of this valuer draft Bill
and in particular to various sections as this constitution of draft bill is mainly to to protect the interest of USERS of valuation services in India ( page 113 top para).
That will mean it will serve a purpose for them and a regulation act for valuers.
